With strong partnerships and collaborations, we’re continuously working to reduce our water use. Through our efforts by the end of 2023, we have already seen a 10% reduction per sleeper from our base year.

Managing waste is a complex issue with a wide range of considerations. No matter how difficult the challenge, with a renewed focus, we’re committed to sending zero operational waste to landfill and have been working with charity partners to re-use items which have come to the end of their commercial life. Our target is to reduce food waste by 50% by 2030 against a 2018/19 baseline. This will help us become a more efficient business and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions.
