On the banks of the River Anker on the southern edge of Tamworth, the Ankerside Shopping Centre is home to over 60 stores including big brands like Boots and Peacocks as well as a wide range of independent outlets spanning fashion, jewellery and homewares. As well as six cafés and restaurants, the centre also has a soft play area for children and a car park with over 700 spaces.

On the other side of the River Anker is Ventura Retail Park, the largest of the three out-of-town retail estates in Tamworth and directly over the road from our Tamworth Central hotel. Getting Around

Birmingham Airport is less than 20 miles south from Tamworth, making flying in and out of the area very easy.
