Shop, eat, drink and catch the latest Hollywood action at The Harvey Centre in nearby Harlow. Around 10-miles south of Stansted, The Harvey Centre is home to over 100 outlets. These include a Primark and HMV, as well as a six-screen Cineworld complex, several cafés, bars and restaurants, and a gym.

Just next door you’ll find The Water Gardens, an open-air mall containing Topshop, H&M, Clarks and River Island as well as branches of Pizza Express and Five Guys.

Getting Around

With dozens of low cost flights each day across the UK and Europe, Stansted Airport is the fourth busiest UK airport, serving over 25 million passengers each year. Major airlines include easyJet, Jet2 and Ryanair, with Dublin, Edinburgh and Rome being the three busiest routes. Our Stansted Airport hotel couldn’t be any closer, situated on the southern edge of the airport overlooking the main runway.

In the centre of the village and overlooked by Stansted Castle, Stansted Mountfitchet Train Station is a small two-platform station with regular services to Bishop’s Stortford and Harlow, as well as an express train to Stansted Airport, which takes just eight minutes.
