Entertainment in Rugby
Rugby theatre
With over 100 events each year, Rugby Theatre is the cultural heartbeat of the town, with an all-encompassing list of performances including drama, modern plays, family shows and musicals. Originally built as a cinema in 1913, the space was converted into a theatre in 1949 and now acts as a dual-action space. It is still used as a cinema, showing all the latest Hollywood releases.
Located on Henry Street, a short drive from our Rugby North M6 hotel, there are plenty of nearby bars and cafés for pre- and post-show drinks and food, including Bacco Lounge and the Bank Street Bar & Restaurant.
