Essential Information

The Academy’s facilities include bars with free drinking water, plenty of toilets and medical assistance on hand to help. If you don’t want to hold onto your coat during the gig, you can drop it off at the cloakroom for a small fee or for free, if you’re an O2 customer. But remember to travel light as cloakroom space is limited and they won’t accept larger bags.

From wheelchair ramps to companion tickets, the Academy has full disabled access. If you let the venue know about your special requirements at the time of booking or have your details recorded on an Access Card, they’ll arrange everything so you don’t have to worry.

Top Tip
If you want to plan your evening in advance, you’ll find opening times, stage times and curfew times on the O2’s website, so take a look before you head out.
