Getting around

The fifth-busiest UK airport, Luton Airport is a mile east of the town centre and home to a wide range of airlines including EasyJet, Ryanair and Wizz Air. Over 16m passengers pass through its gates each year, mainly covering domestic and European departures. A short walk north from the town centre is Luton Train Station. The five-platform station is well connected both north and south, with regular departures to Derby, Leeds, Sheffield and Nottingham as well as Gatwick Airport, Brighton and London St Pancras.
