Farnham is famous for its antique shopping, with the Antiques Warehouse Farnham one of the best places to pick up a vintage bargain. Located around a mile north of the town centre along the A31, the large warehouse is open daily selling a wide range of collectables, memorabilia and antiques.

Getting Around

The nearest airport to Farnham is Heathrow, with the 30-mile journey taking around half an hour via car or taxi or just under two hours via train and two connecting stops in Waterloo and Paddington. The busiest UK airport with over 1,000 daily flights across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world, the airport is serviced by a wide range of airlines including British Airways, Virgin, Emirates and dozens of low-budget fliers. If you’re arriving by train, you’ll no doubt be arriving via Farnham Train Station. The two-platform station runs regular departures to London Waterloo taking around an hour alongside departures to Alton, Aldershot and Guildford. The station is a 10-minutes walk from the town centre and has toilets, baby-changing facilities, a manned ticket office and ticket machine.
