Theatre

The Savoy is one of the most popular places in Corby. It’s the town’s ultra-modern cinema on George Street. You can’t go wrong with a trip to the Savoy, where you can catch all the latest blockbusters. It also has an excellent programme of live event cinema, regularly showing Bolshoi Ballet, Royal Shakespeare Company and Metropolitan Opera productions. Tickets are very reasonably priced, the seats are comfy and the location is as convenient as it gets.

Alternatively, if you’d prefer to see a production in person, make your way to the Corby Cube, next door to the Savoy. The Corby Cube is a very versatile venue. It contains the Corby Borough Council, the public library, and a state-of-the-art, three-tiered 450-seat theatre. It curates an excellent programme of theatre, ballet, opera, dance and comedy, and has previously welcomed the Northern Ballet Theatre and Sarah Millican. Check what’s on during your stay and be sure to book tickets well in advance as it’s the town’s top live entertainment venue.
