Theatre

The largest theatre in the area is the Queen’s Theatre in nearby Hornchurch, a 10-minute drive from our Brentwood hotel. Opened in 1953, the 500-capacity main auditorium hosts a wide range of events including live music, drama, family events, dance, comedy and musicals, with dozens of shows each month.

Alternatively, head to the Brentwood Theatre on the eastern edge of the town centre. With over 250 shows each year, it’s an active theatre with a 135-capacity main auditorium, small foyer bar and a regular events roster including a large number of children’s theatre shows.

Brentwood Park Ski & Snowboard Centre

The nearest real snow mountains might be hundreds of miles away, but that’s no reason not to hit the slopes and practise your snow-plough or perfect your indie grab at Brentwood Park Ski & Snowboard Centre. The 200-metre slope has several lifts with lessons and full kit hire available, while non-skiers and boarders aren’t left out of the fun: you can race down to the bottom by tubing in a large rubber ring. The park is open daily and is located a mile south of Brentwood in Worley Gap.
