- By entering the Awful Auntie Theatre Prize Draw ("Prize Draw") you accept these Specific Terms and our General Competition Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.
- The Prize Draw is being run by Premier Inn Hotels Limited of Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU5 5XE ("Promoter").
- The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over except for employees of or family members of employees of the Promoter, its associated companies or agents.
- Joint entries are not permitted. Only one entry is allowed per person.
- Entries must be submitted to premierinncompetition@whitbread.com between 00:01 on 23 May 2024 and 23:59 on 09 June 2024. Late, incomplete, corrupt or incorrectly submitted entries will not be accepted.
- The Promoter's panel will choose 5 winners only. The winners will be informed by email within 5 days of their selection by the panel.
- One winner will receive:
Four tickets (must include one adult) to see Awful Auntie valid for all performances at the UK venue of their choice, until 10 November 2024 (excluding Saturday performances). The prize is valid throughout the tour, subject to availability.
A family overnight stay and breakfast at Premier Inn for up to two adults and two children (aged 15 and under) at any UK Premier Inn (subject to availability) to be taken alongside the theatre tickets.
- Four runners-up will each receive:
Four tickets (must include one adult) to see Awful Auntie valid for all performances at the UK venue of their choice, until 10 November 2024 (excluding Saturday performances). The prize is valid throughout the tour, subject to availability.
- The prizes do not include travel, and all additional expenses incurred are the responsibilities of the winners.
Each winner must clam their prize within 7 days of notification by the Promoter, failing which the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative.
The prize is not to be sold or used for commercial purposes.
The prize must be booked within 3 months of the winners being notified.
- Each winner may be required to participate in having their photograph taken and/or social media posts.
- The Promoter's name, trade marks and logos and are and shall remain the Promoter's property.
- Except under condition 10 above, entries (including all trade marks, copyright and other intellectual property rights in them) will be owned by the entrant. By submitting your entry you agree that the Promoter and its associated companies and agents may use the whole or any part of it, in any media, in any part of the world for any purpose. This right is non-exclusive, perpetual and royalty-free, It includes the right to adapt, re-format, vary and re-create your entry, use extracts, ideas and concepts from it and make derivative works.
- The Promoter does not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, or for incomplete or illegible entries. Submission of entry is not proof of receipt.
- The Prize Draw may be closed or its rules varied by the Promoter at any time without notice and without liability. The Promoter's decision in all matters is final and binding and correspondence will not be entered into.

- Each clause in these Specific Terms operates separately. If any part is found by a court to be unreasonable or unenforceable the other parts will continue to apply.
- By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Specific Terms and the Promoter's General Competition Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of all others. These Specific Terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
