This union of two beloved UK brands is all part of helping our guests rest easy, ensuring you can always enjoy a ‘home from home’ experience when you stay with us.
Established in 1970, the family owned Baylis & Harding is a firm favourite when it comes to bathing products thanks to its clear focus on producing luxurious, sustainable products from its Worcestershire base.

Baylis & Harding is committed to producing high-quality products which enable people to enjoy a touch of affordable luxury at home and now, our incredible guests can experience at our great-value hotels too!
As part of the upgrade, our Standard rooms now feature hand wash and an exclusively developed hair and body wash from Baylis & Harding’s award-winning Elements White Tea & Neroli range, both presented in attractive marble-look bottles.
If you’re staying in our Premier Plus rooms, you’ll get to enjoy the brand’s natural and sustainable Goodness range, with hand wash in an Oud, Cedar & Amber fragrance.
In the shower, there’s a choice of the Oud, Cedar & Amber body wash – perfect for reinvigorating in the morning – or the Goodness Sleep Lavender & Bergamot body wash – ideal to help you wind down. Plus, all ranges have been created using the finest ingredients and are proudly registered with the Vegan society.

This partnership is the second major team up with a British brand that we’ve announced in the last few months. We recently also revealed that we’d partnered with Lancashire-based Silentnight as our official bed supplier, investing in our most technologically advanced bed to date. Comfort, sustainability and durability are at the heart of our new bed, which was rigorously tested and refined over a period of two years before being rolled out across our hotels.
