We were given the accreditation after the Top Employers Institute carried out a detailed analysis of practices and standards across our hotels, restaurants and at our support centre. Their analysis investigated areas like talent management, culture and career development – essentially a comprehensive investigation of us as a company.
The Top Employers Institute provides benchmarking across these areas to help businesses understand how they compare to other companies, as well as providing key insight on what they’re doing well.
