Premier Inn named Top Employer

We’re proud to announce that Premier Inn has been named as one of the UK’s top places to work by the Top Employers Institute. This is a huge achievement for us – it’s an accolade only given to businesses who create the best working environments for their employees.

We were given the accreditation after the Top Employers Institute carried out a detailed analysis of practices and standards across our hotels, restaurants and at our support centre. Their analysis investigated areas like talent management, culture and career development – essentially a comprehensive investigation of us as a company.

The Top Employers Institute provides benchmarking across these areas to help businesses understand how they compare to other companies, as well as providing key insight on what they’re doing well. We’re so pleased our top-quality working practices have been recognised and measured up to their high standards so well.
