Premier Inn has been named the UK’s top-rated hotel chain for the fourth year in a row, according to the annual Which? hotel report.
We topped the best large hotel chain category with an overall score of 79% in this year’s report, retaining our prestigious Which? Recommended Provider status. Thanks to this amazing score, we were able to beat off our nearest rivals Hilton Garden Inns and Fuller’s Hotel, and demonstrate a clear lead in the sector.
The hotel report was compiled by Which? and surveyed over 6,000 of its members. Research looked at key factors that contribute to making a hotel chain great, including value for money, customer service, bed comfort, and cleanliness. Reviewers praised the gleaming bathrooms and five-star comfort of Premier Inn’s super-comfy beds, all of which played an important part in Premier Inn retaining its top spot on the table.
