    "Good value for what it is"
    Stayed one night here in conjunction with a concert in Cardiff. Small twin rooms feeling like a ship cabin. No windows but a good lighting system. quite and good night sleep. Reasonable room and value for the price. Good and available parking in the grounds of the sports centre. Limited breakfast options meant we just skipped that and went to the Morrisons close by.

    This hotel is fab! You really get everything you could possibly need for a hotel room and it’s definitely one of my favourite Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. It’s spotlessly clean, beds super comfy and it’s really noticeable how quiet the rooms are- we didn’t hear a thing both nights! Would highly recommend.
    "Cheap Well Designed Rooms"
    I needed a cheap but comfortable place to stay for a one night business trip.I thought I would give the Zip idea a go. The room was small but well designed and comfortable , air con nice shower and a comfy single bed. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay again. Perfect for a single traveller.
    "Worth it for the price"
    This is a lovely cheap alternative if on a budget. There is plenty of car parking and the room is cosy. The only downside is that there is no window- which I knew before going but I did feel a bit claustrophobic so left earlier than I planned to. But that was just my personal experience- I've not felt claustrophobic before and did miss sleeping without a open window. I didn't use the bar or have breakfast so cannot comment on that. If there was no where else to stay then I would stay again. The room was clean. And the little shower room was adequate for me. Not sure how it would be for two people sharing
    "Quirky hotel with quirky rooms."
    Friendly welcome at reception and extremely helpful. The room is quirky and clean with comfy beds and a pretty good shower. The mood lighting is very cool. And the air con is excellent. Food and drink in the bar area reasonably priced and delicious. We'd definitely stay again.

    Set just off the A48 right next to the Howardian Local Nature Reserve, ZIP by Premier Inn Cardiff has everything you need for a simple stay in Wales. Whether you’re sightseeing in Cardiff or staying over on a business trip, you’ll only be a 15-minute drive from the city centre. Our small rooms have been cleverly designed for a basic stay with just the essentials – an en-suite bathroom, a comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. ZIP rooms come with either a sealed frosted window or a colour changing light box – if you have a preference, please speak to a member of our crew at check-in and we’ll see what we can do! Downstairs, you can grab a light bite and a drink from the bar, watch Sky Sports, play table football in our chill out area, or get some work done in our booths.
