"Very disappointed stay"
Stayed here (26th June) as we were going to the Ulster Hall for a concert. Checked in was ok, the girl gave us our room card but never pointed us in the direction of the rooms. Asked about booking a table for dinner as we had a meal deal, to be told the restaurant was not opening until 6pm. Arrived in the restaurant, was seated with menus to be told that there was no chips or cheese. Asked what alternative they were serving to be told I could have rice. This cut out choice on the menu to about 25%. Breakfast was a complete shambles. Arrived for breakfast shortly after 9am to be told there was no hot food for approximately 20 minutes to grab a coffee and wait. We had to clear a table as the available ones had dirty dishes on them. Cooked breakfast was very slow arriving as several people were waiting in front of us. There was one member of staff on duty, he also said that they had only one chef on duty. This same person was on the reception desk when we were leaving. He was the only member of staff we seen the following morning
"Lovely city break"
Absolutely brilliant stay here. The lady on reception was just great when we arrived later on in the day. She was very helpful on the hotel and surrounding area, she had a great personality. Sleep was perfect with a real comfy bed. The room was spotless. Breakfast was lovely with a couple of rounds. Would absolutely stay here agian xx
"Superbly situated, friendly staff."
Superbly situated two minutes walk from City Hall on a quiet street. The room was spacious & comfortable, all the staff were very helpful & friendly (special shout out to Sheona, Hose & Jonathan) and we enjoyed a very good breakfast two mornings of our stay. The perfect base to explore a very walkable & friendly city.
"Very helpful staff - above and beyond"
I stay in Premier Inn's about once a week on average all over the UK but to my shame have never left a review. This time its worth a review. I've stayed here before and the location for Belfast is excellent but the staff in this branch always go above and beyond. I arrived late, had messed my booking up by try to go through comparison sites - there was no judgement. Chris checked to make sure I had not booked accidentally in any of the other Belfast sites, waited patiently while I checked all by banks and cards. I rebooked online at the desk and got a fantastic room with the best view of Belfast I've seen from a hotel here. This might not seem extraordinary but Chris also managed to check others in, serve at the bar and talk me through the food options without any (obvious) frustration. Great job much appreciated by a 'regular'
"Weekend trip"
Great room, great location and staff were helpful. Group of us stayed for a hen party. Shout out to Jonathan who decorated the hens room while we waited to check in and who always had a smile. Will stay here next visit to Belfast
