Parking at Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport (North Terminal) hotel

There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Off-site parking is available at Gatwick Airport short stay car park 5 or 6 opposite the hotel at a discounted rate of £25 for 24 hours. (Further days of discounted parking, when not staying at the Hotel is not possible.) Please get your ticket validated at reception. Height restriction of 1.9m.

A minimum £7 charge now applies to use the designated drop off zone in both North and South Terminals at Gatwick Airport. For more information on rates please visit the Gatwick Airport website directly.

Please note that guests being picked up or dropped off will need to provide the car registration at the reception upon check in. Guests will need to enter the car registration into the system and only guests staying with us are exempt from paying the forecourt charge. Otherwise, they will receive a PCN.

Payment must be made by midnight the day after the visit to drop off passengers at the forecourt.

"Good location but someone entered room"
Has to book a room last minute after flight was delayed overnight. Location is very convenient, being walking distance from the north terminal. My first key card did not work which meant I had to carry a suitcase and golf clubs back down to reception to get another card. The room itself was basic however the carpets hadn’t been properly vacuumed as there were nail clippings visible around the bed. Worst of all though was at 7:20AM, I was awoken by someone opening our door. There was a light knock but no usual announcement of housekeeping, they just proceeded to let themselves into the room. Housekeeping that early is quite unusual in my experience, so not sure why they thought the room would be empty.
"Can’t really fault it!!"
Another great stay at this Premier Inn. So convenient when travelling out from the North Terminal. Slight problem when we checked in as they couldn’t seem to find our booking 🤷‍♀️! But this was quickly sorted. Great customer service, so well done to the check in staff. We booked a ‘room with a view’ and it was worth it as it was fun watching planes landing and taking off from the runway. Booked in advance to go to the restaurant and we had a great meal, fabulous server (sorry didn’t get his name) who was just wonderful. Give that man a raise 👏! We will be back when we fly out of Gatwick again!!
"Really convenient stay"
Had a good one night stay before an early morning flight. Hotel was really convenient for the terminal, less than a 5 min walk. Really nice to not have to get an early morning train. Booked a Premier Plus room which was small but nice and clean. Had a coffee machine and a nice view. The room was really quiet, particularly as it is so closely to the airport. Only slight downside is the price and wait for the lifts however so convenient would stay there again.
"Excellent location and comfort"
Excellently located hotel meeting the expectaion for confort and quiet. I did not take the name of the chap who was helping at check in but he was a credit to the hotel. I would stay here again before an early flight without hesitation.
"Great start for a holiday"
It was all so easy, booking, finding the hotel at the airport, staff helped if needed, room lovely and clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was more than adequate.
