    "Hotel is fine, location leaves a lot to be desired."
    The hotel was clean enough if a little tired in appearance, we didn't see any actual cleaning staff; the wet room was very welcome and well appointed, although I wouldn't recommend the shower seat (how do you adequately clean canvas?). The bed was very low which would probably be fine if you aren't tall, or have arthritic knees. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There isn't a secure parking facility, which was a concern, especially given the number of 'boy racers' who congregated in the car park late at night making a lot of noise over-revving their engines to create multiple back firing noises, which at times sounded like a firing squad. Thankfully they stopped at around 01:00 on both nights of our stay. From our understanding this is a regular occurrence, and must be a nightmare for those living close by. The breakfast was adequate, but not good value for money, and in hindsight I wouldn't have opted for it.

    Really nice stay here with my family. Sam and Sarah were brilliant also and really helped us out. It was a bit warm in the room but kindly they had free water and fans in the rooms! Great stay in a really good location as well!

    The hotel was clean me had a large car park the room was of a adequate size and the bed was really comfortable the room was made up with just the duvet cover to keep it cooler and I had a fan staff attentive all round great stay

    Very clean hotel and wonderful team, Sam the manager was kind and accommodating, nothing was a problem we stayed for 2 nights, the restaurant next door was pretty average, but lots of other options nearby, very good value for money as we booked months out.

    Terrible. My room was 27.5 degrees and the only option was for 2 loud fans to be put in the room. I didn’t sleep well and then laughed at the “goodnight guarantee” sign on the way out.
