      "Abysmal service from the rude waitress. Otherwise fine."
      The hotel was clean and the rooms were fine but the service at breakfast was abysmal. The waitress was incredibly rude and insisted we sit (as a family of 6) on a table for 4, even though there were plenty of bigger tables. When I questioned it she said "if you don't like it you can go and I'll refund you, it's your fault for not booking!" I'd like to point out I booked and paid for breakfast when I booked the hotel! I complained to the manager who said there was nothing she could do but she also heard how rude the waitress was and said she'd have a word with her. She gave me an email address to complain to, which I messaged right away, but have not heard back.

      Clean comfortable hotel room at a reasonable price. The meal deal offered good value for evening meal and breakfast, but the food could have been more tasty. Free parking around 100m from hotel entrance in a shoppers car-park. Close to Oxford.
      "A very nice, clean, decent hotel"
      Whilst surprisingly busy, this is a very nice retreat, especially if you don't want the hustle & bustle of oxford city centre. (However, with the Botley Road closed near Oxford Railway Station, no cars, busses, taxis will be able to ferry you to the city centre so all traffic has to go via the Oxford ring road) rooms very clean and pleasant. The entrance is somewhat awkward to find, especially if coming by car.
      "Very good for short stays"
      Excellent value for money. Couldn’t fault the service. Easy parking. Easy to get to places and a very good breakfast. Very useful for people staying in Oxford for a few nights. Will consider this again in the future. Much better than our experience in the Premier Inn Cowley.
      "Great checkin, nice and quiet"
      Great quiet but central location, with free parking, simple to find, lots of space in the car park and charging points. Mo on reception was very helpful. Fresh new building, all the features you would expect for a premier inn. Looking forward to breakfast

      Our Premier Inn Oxford Botley hotel is perfect for shopping - we're just a short walk from Botley Road Retail Park, and only a 10-minute drive from Westgate Shopping Centre and the Covered Market in Oxford City Centre itself. While you're in Oxford, take a stroll through Oxford's Botanic Gardens, visit Oxford Castle & Prison and cross the famous Bridge of Sighs as you discover Oxford University. Our hotel also has great links to London Oxford Airport and Oxford Park End station. After a great day out in Oxford, look forward to a delicious meal at our in-house Thyme restaurant before relaxing in one of our super-comfy beds.
