Oysters are Whistable’s most famous export (they even have their own festival!), so make sure you sample some while you’re there. But if you don’t like oysters, there’s plenty of other fresh seafood to choose from in the pubs and restaurants, and it’s likely to have been bought fresh from the harbour fish market.
