      "Visiting friends in central london"
      We stayed here to go into London for the weekend as it worked out cheaper for the hotel parking and travel than staying in central London. It’s a nice hotel, the decor could do with some improvements in the corridors and rooms but it was a clean hotel, very friendly staff and the rooms was a good size for us. Didn’t eat in the restaurant as we were meeting friends buying seems popular.

      We stayed to go to Harry Potter studios which wasn't far at all. The lady at the check in was nice, friendly, explained about the parking and where breakfast would be in the morning as we had booked it at the same time as booking the hotel. the room was a really good size and clean, its just warm. there is not air con in the rooms and the temperature was 27oc but the bed was made cooler by having a sheet. I couldn't fault the staff or the stay but I think in warm weather its worth considering other premier inns.

      Hazards bath tubs!! They have a small width to stand and when coming out your prone to slipping as its round on the edges, such a silly choice. I have stayed at several other Premier Inn locations, such as Rickmansworth and Watford, and have always had pleasant experiences. The Rickmansworth branch, in particular, is modern, well-maintained, and the staff are excellent. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Croxley Green. During my visit, I encountered several unacceptable issues. The walls in the room had visible dents, and the floor was not properly cleaned—there were crumbs and signs of poor housekeeping. This falls far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Premier Inn. More importantly, the room did not meet an essential need for my son. He requires a detachable shower head due to a medical condition. The photos on your website indicated that such features were available, but upon arrival, we were told all rooms were the same and this wasn’t the case. This is both misleading and deeply frustrating. Also, the bed is so hard and the bed sheets will! Give you carpet burn

      A brilliantly located and priced venue, sadly let down by no air-conditioning! Words cannot express how uncomfortable this was! The room was like a sauna! Plenty of other parts of the hotel with Out of Order signs (self check in machine), car park machine outside not working properly etc, so I see this as a maintenance issue throughout the venue.

      A typical Prem Inn really, good rooms, pleasant bar/restaurant and two big car parks so no problems finding a space. The staff are very nice and helpful especially Judy who sourced me a cooler room during the heatwave we had, thanks again 👍👍
