      "Great value"
Beds were very comfortable, they provided an extra twin bed to accommodate our family of 4. Beds were very comfortable. A fan was provided since no AC but temperature was consistently 30 in the room despite their efforts.
      "Excellent"
We had a family trip to Harry Potter and we can't be more happy with this Premier Inn. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast and me and my husband we enjoyed the atmosphere. Brilliant staff ( Zoe was amazing) , spacious rooms and close to town centre.
      "Great hotel"
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is ideal—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around super convenient. It’s only a quick drive to the Harry Potter Studios, which was the main reason for our visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, with options for both hot and cold meals.
      "Room Was Dirty & Stained"
We are fans of premier inn hotels and have used many of their hotels across the country, some several times over. Unfortunately on this occasion the stay wasn’t as pleasant. It was a last minute booking and we got the very last room available; ground floor accessible room. I’ll start with the pros: Brilliant location if you want to get the tube into London. Just a short walk away. The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to help, especially over breakfast regarding gluten free options. A complimentary cold bottle of water upon arrival was a thoughtful idea after a hot drive. The rooms don’t have air conditioning (outside temp was 30°c) but the staff had made sure the curtains were drawn and a floor standing fan (although very noisy) was in the room. Unfortunately the rest of our room was not up to scratch. The walls in the bedroom were covered in stains, one of which was a hand print. The walls in the bathroom were dirty and the paint was chipped and peeling. The bathroom door didn’t close completely leaving a gap. The headboard was dusty and had stains on it. The carpet hadn’t been hoovered as we kept finding random peanuts on the floor. The mattress was lumpy in places and all the pillows were hard, not the usual high standard of a premier inn. It’s the first time I haven’t slept well in this chain of hotels. It’s a shame as the location is perfect. I’m hoping this room is a one off and we will consider giving them another chance based on their other hotels which have been brilliant.
      "Good night sleep"
The pillows and the mattress are one of the best for price quality i had the best sleep in a long time in a hotel. I recomend will all my heart.
