"Top experience"
Great nights stay! Judith at breakfast was exceptional, she went above and beyond to ensure my family were well looked after. She is a great asset to the team.
"It’s not at South Wimbledon - But that’s the only thing wrong with it"
My only gripe with the hotel is that it’s called Wimbledon South, and it’s in Colliers Wood… so I actually booked to come here, thinking I had booked Wimbledon South, which is called Wimbledon Broadway!!!! However, that has been the only disappointment. The hotel is actually very near to Colliers Wood tube which is a bonus, it’s in good condition and the staff are fabulous. I’ve dealt with 3 team manners 2 of whom I didn’t get their names, but the 3rd one was called Joselyn (sp?) - she was super smiley, courteous and very keen to help. A real ambassador for the Premier Inn business. Overall, I’m really glad I made the mistake of booking here :-)

We paid extra for a superior room and it was wonderful. Big room, two armchairs and a table, big walk in shower, extra drinks etc and the best bits (in the middle of a heatwave) were a fridge and aircon!!!! Only thing to mention is that if you go by car, beware of the low emission zones close to the hotel. We got caught on the way in and the way out!
"Tennis weekend"
Great stay, you know what you get with Premier Inn and all expectations fully met. Special thanks to the restaurant staff - Judith and team - on Sunday morning - we hadn't booked breakfast, but a train delay meant we booked and paid on spec and couldn't have been looked after better, excellent food and service :-)
"Hotel a Wimbledon Ace!"
Excellent staff. Check in and out went smooth. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a delicious cooked breakfast on both mornings. Good choice of food and cooked perfectly. We will be back!
