London Kensington (Earl's Court) hotel

I highly recommend this hotel. It has a great location, super friendly staff, great bar and restaurant. Lovely comfortable beds and really clean.

Location good. Premier room spacious with a nice view of the railway. Very friendly staff and cleaning lady. Breakfast food quality rather poor. Lack of hygiene (everything very greasy) and sanitiser. Coffee tasteless.

We stayed at the Inn hotel for a couple of days and had a great experience. The location is amazing—everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms are clean, and though they are a bit small, that’s standard for London. The bed was really comfortable, so we slept great. The reception staff were very friendly and checked us in quickly. Excellent value for money, we would definitely stay here again!

Premier Inn Earl’s Court, London – Room 115 The room was perfectly fine and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the noise. Room 115 is directly above the railway tracks, so you can hear and feel the trains passing throughout the day and night. Whenever I heard a train approaching, I almost felt like I should lift my feet or take a step to the side! 😄 It really is that noticeable. If you’re a light sleeper, I would definitely recommend asking for a room away from the tracks. I was also a little surprised by the housekeeping arrangement. The room is only cleaned if you specifically request it, and beds aren’t made or towels changed automatically. I understand the idea behind this, but it felt a bit strange for a hotel stay and is definitely something to keep in mind when booking. Overall, the room was comfortable and the bed was great, but the constant train noise and the limited housekeeping made the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

I had a really enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn London Kensington (Earl’s Court) and was very impressed overall. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the bed was particularly comfortable – I slept really well, which is exactly what you want after a busy day in London. The hotel has great facilities and the location was ideal for our trip, making it easy to get around London. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free, from arrival through to departure. The staff were also excellent. I would particularly like to mention the young lady working on the main reception desk. She was exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful and was a real credit to Premier Inn. Her attitude made a very positive first impression and really added to the stay. Breakfast was good overall, although I think the hot food could benefit from being replenished more frequently later in the morning. This was only a minor point and certainly didn't detract from the overall experience. Overall, I was extremely happy with the hotel, the room, the facilities and especially the service. It offered everything we needed for a comfortable London stay at a very reasonable price. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and would happily recommend it to others.
