"Very friendly and efficient"
A few days spent in an ideal location in a hotel that is obviously well managed. The staff are extremely friendly with special mention to Dawn who made us extremely welcome and to Marcel for his attentiveness. Alan and Vivien

"Cleanliness is an issue"
Rooms are extremely expensive for what they are, we paid £400 for 2 nights room only and yhat is considered budget.
The room carpet and walls were grubby, bathroom had dirty walls and hair from a previous guest all over the wall tiles in the shower/bath area.
If you want breakfast in the hotel then book it in advance otherwise you will pay a lot more. Breakfast was ok, buffet style but nothing to rave about.
The air con in the room was great though.

"Excellent Location, Disappointing Service"
We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. The location is excellent. It is very close to Ears Court station, and you can also easily walk to many attractions. Supermarkets, cafés, and other shops are only about a 5-minute walk away.
However, I would also like to mention the issues we experienced. We were a family of four—my wife, myself, and our two daughters (ages 14 and 11). Our room had one double bed and two single beds, but it was extremely small. There was no refrigerator in the room, and the wardrobe had only one shelf and about five or six hangers. Since we had medication that needed to be kept refrigerated, we had to leave it in the hotel's kitchen. Whenever we wanted to collect it in the evenings, we had to wait quite a while.
The hotel also smelled strongly of food. If you stayed inside for more than five minutes, your clothes would absorb the smell of cooking and spices.
We booked our stay with breakfast included, but the breakfast was exactly the same every day.. After a few days, you naturally get tired of eating the same food. If you're only staying for a short time, the breakfast may be fine, but for a longer stay, eating the same breakfast for 8 or 9 days isn't enjoyable. We only had breakfast at the hotel for the first three days and ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay.
Room cleaning was only provided if you requested it before 12:00 noon; otherwise, the room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced. Even when housekeeping came, they only changed the towels and made the beds. The floor was never vacuumed. On one occasion, although we had left the bath mat inside the bathtub to indicate it needed replacing, they simply shook it out and put it back instead of giving us a clean one. The bed linens were not changed at all during our 8-night stay.
Overall, we were disappointed with the service. The hotel's location was the only aspect we were truly happy with.

"Solid hotel near Earl Ct. Tube Station"
Convenient quiet location near Earl's Ct. Tube Station. The hotel seemed to be short staffed most of the time, however the staff were friendly. Room was standard, nothing fancy, but we didn't spend much time in the room. A/C was a plus during the hot weather! It was markedly different as to the coolness in the A/C system on the first floor and second floor, as the second floor was much cooler, as we had two rooms. TV was not up to date, there was no guide to show channel selection, and very limited channels to view. Otherwise, the hotel is a solid choice in a safe location. Coffee shops, convenience stores and cafes near the tube station were a plus.
