"Excellent value as usual"
We have stayed in many Premier Inns around the country, which is a recommendation in itself. We stayed at this one so that we could pick up our son from the airport early the next day. As usual the room was clean, well kitted out and had the normal comfortable mattress. What was a cut above was the service in the restaurant from Jash, who was efficient, friendly and welcoming. Hope we see him the next time.
"Perfect"
This is a great place to stay if you're flying out of T2/T3. It's very spacious and had a nice atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and there are a number of dining options. We had a lovely meal in the resteraunt where the staff were warm and friendly. Check in was simple and welcoming. Lots of parking available and a bus service to the terminal. Couldn't have been better.

Staying overnight to pick up a friend at 6am! It was a lovely, comfortable room and welcoming, helpful staff. Thank you.
"Family weekend away"
We love staying here it’s convenient for legoland and we also visited Hampton court palace. I can’t give it 5 stars as the receptionist was very reluctant to put the rooms together now they were not fully booked so I don’t see why this was an issue we booked and paid for 2 rooms so wld have thought common sense wld have played a part that we wanted them together!!!! We stayed in 1337 and May I also suggest someone gets the paint tin out and sorts the skirting board.
