What to do in Acton

The Gunnersbury Park Museum has a rotating series of exhibitions aimed at providing an insight into the lives of the people who previously called the area home. The museum is also famous for its picturesque grounds, which play host to the colourful London Mela each year.

The Depot is another of Acton's most popular visitor attractions, with regular guided tours taking place around the London Transport Museum storage facility. During their visit tourists can explore the vast array of vintage vehicles on display at the 6,000 acre site and learn about their historical importance.
