Chargeable parking is available for guests in the car park directly next to the hotel at £15 for 24 hours. The car park is managed by YourParkingSpace, a discounted rate for guests applies per 24 hours for the night of your stay only. Airport parking is available through our partners Holiday Extras at great prices (see frequently asked questions section for more details). However, please note that this is separate from the car parking available next to the hotel and is available for durations of 4 days or more.
A private shuttle bus runs between the hotel and the airport (bay 19 at the airport) at a cost of £4 per adult (free for children). Times are every 30 minutes 24/7.

Most of our family rooms include a double or kingsize bed, plus a sofa bed and pull-out bed depending on the number of guests staying in the room. We also provide travel cots at no extra cost. Our accessible rooms offer more space, a double or kingsize bed between 480mm and 520mm in height, and wider entry bathrooms with a lowered bath or wet room. At our hotels with 480mm height mattresses, our teams can raise the bed for easier wheelchair access. There are no free shuttle services, but a regular shuttle bus runs from our London Stansted Airport hotel to bay 19 at Stansted Airport for £4 per adult (free for children).
It’s about two miles and a 30-minute walk from Stansted Airport to our London Stansted Airport hotel. While the airport is technically in walking distance, parts of the journey involve walking on grass alongside busy roads. We recommend taking a short journey on a shuttle bus or arranging a 10-minute taxi ride instead.
The quickest route is a 10-minute drive or taxi ride. You can also take the 509 or 510 buses with a journey time of around 30 minutes.
