      "Early check in fee - Boo 😩"
      Such a shame if the room is ready when you arrive , due to better than expected traffic etc that you have to pay £15 to check in early. The room was clearly ready as you could pay to check in , Come on premier inn - Do better 🫣

      Room very hot as you enter cant open window much 2 fans that don't cool room very noisy so can't sleep wont be returning again needs A/C

      Worst Premier inn stay ever. The room was very warm, no ac. 2 pathetic fans. Wooded floor above, with noise neighbours, we never slept

      Having stayed at many Premier Inn hotels across the country, this was the worst nights sleep (x2) we had, the rooms had no air conditioning and two fans but the room was like a sauna, making it difficult to sleep from the heat and fans all night, windows were restricted so unable to get any ventilation.

      We've stayed here before and were happy to stay here again. The car park is small, but usually has a space, though it's not easy to fit and get a child out of the car. When you go in to reception you have to put in your number plate for parking and press a button to call a staff member to reception, so you might have a small wait. The room was clean and as expected. The shower wasn't great, it was a bit weak and constantly goes from very hot to very cold the whole time. The room we had was very quiet and we had a good sleep, though the room got quite warm, they do have a fantastic in the room for you to use. The Beefeater next door is great for food, so we did the meal deal and had a lovely evening meal and breakfast in there. All the staff members were friendly and we would stay here again.
