"Sensibly priced, great hotel!"
Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff are very helpful especially Kelly on the front desk who was friendly, knowledgeable and vey helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Tracey was amazing , making up a second bed after we had incorrectly booked a double. Warm, friendly and helpful, she went beyond the norm! So friendly too, thank you Tracey!
"Beautiful Garden has become a real EYESORE"
OURSIDE GARDEN AREA IS A DISGRACE. The hotel is going through some building works, but it's such a shame that there is no investment in the outside space. The garden furniture hasn't been maintained and there are overflowing ashtrays on several tables which have been there for weeks! They are understaffed but no one is taking resposibility for jeeping the outside space clean.. Old umbrellas are dumped under the window in plain sight. There is often broken glass on the lawn. Its pitiful to be honest and a disgrace for Premier Inn to think this is OK for their guests to endure.

"Renovation hell, grumpy staff and overpriced"
The hotel is having some major renovations done so it’s noisy, the car park is overcrowded with trade vans.. space if you can get one is a premium. The WiFi is appalling and decides on its own when it wants to work (they offer an ultimate Wi-Fi package which you have to pay extra for, so I suspect that is the better service). Some of the staff are happy and cheerful, especially behind the bar… Whereas the other staff mainly on reception are just plain miserable. This hotel is not value for money and it’s location is remote.
