"Fantastic location"
Excellent location and lovely rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds extremely comfortable and much needed air conditioning for the hot weekend. Definitely stay there again.
"Comfy room let down by service and food"
Beds are comfy and rainfall shower great. Let down by poor service, and terrible food Car parking also extortionate so perhaps a discount would be a good idea

Fantastic location, tucked away around the back streets, bang in the middle of Cambridge, which is exactly what I wanted for a function I was attending. I paid a bit extra for a premium room, because I honestly would have felt very claustrophobic without a window ( basic room possibly no window) i had air conditioning which was a must in the heat of these last few weeks, fridge was handy & excellent shower + immaculate bathroom. Dropped case off 2 hours before check in, friendly reception staff labelled it & put in secure room, smooth + hassle free check a few hours later. 3rd floor room, quiet, good black out curtains & comfortable bed. I didn't have breakfast at hotel because you can eat anywhere within 30 seconds of stepping outside ( & Prem inn bkfst quite pricey) 100%- no moans from me!

Jack is the star 🌟 of the hotel. We are currently on a 2 night break. The room was so spacious. The location is unreal. Beside lots of restaurants and shopping. We never ate breakfast, however, we had a drink in the bar and Jack was amazing. He was so friendly and nothing was a bother! I would come back to this hotel just to see him!

Does just what it says on the tin - clean room, comfy bed, good shower - and quiet. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.
