Absolutely amazing service as always from the best customer service representative I’ve encountered. "NO AIR-CONDITIONING = NO SLEEP"
No air conditioning. Room uncomfortably hot. Fan provided but was noisy and broken so couldn't be used, was useless anyway as room was too hot to sleep. Other than that it is a standard Premier Inn, good parking availability and a Indian restaurant next door. Beds are the normal premier inn beds so comfortable with extra pillows available too. Iron available from front desk Stay would be fine generally but not if its warm as the lack of air conditioning is inexcusable in 2025 Total sleep time 1hr..... Not ideal
