You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Those under 18 years old are not permitted to stay in a Premier Inn hotel unless a parent or guardian is also staying in the hotel.

You can make bookings up to 12 months in advance.

When you make a booking you’ll be given a booking reference; we’ll include this reference in your confirmation email too.

You can use your booking reference to view your booking. To do this, click the ‘Manage Booking’ link at the top of the website. The easiest way to manage your bookings, however, is with My Premier Inn - why not register today?

Have you checked your spam filter? If it's not there either, it looks like you've encountered a technical problem. If you don’t receive booking confirmation email within 12 hours, please contact Guest Support as soon as possible on 0333 003 8101 between 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday.

Your credit card, debit card or Premier Inn Business Account details provided at the time of booking guarantees your booking.

You can use your booking reference to view your booking once it has been made. To do this, click the ‘Manage Booking’ link at the top of the website. If you are already registered for My Premier Inn, simply log in to view your booking.

The reason you are unable to book for the date(s) required is due to limited availability. A small number of rooms are held for those guests who wish to stay for a longer duration and at present these are the only rooms available. Why not see if there is an alternative Premier Inn hotel with availability nearby?

Our rates are per room, per night. They include VAT. Meals are not included in the room price. When you book, we'll give you a total price for the rooms and number of nights you've requested.

The prices shown online are for bookings of up to 4 rooms. Room rates may be different for group bookings (10 rooms or more) depending on the number of rooms booked. Our group desk advisors are unable to book Semi-Flex, Standard or Advance rates or rooms at hub by Premier Inn, as these are only available online.

Yes, some of our hotels offer interconnecting rooms. You will need to contact your chosen hotel directly to see if they have these rooms available to book.

To book an Accessible room, simply:

1. In the search bar at the top of the page, enter the destination you’re looking to stay in
2. Next, enter your arrival/departure dates
3. Enter the number of guests you’re booking for, and then choose your room type(s) – a selection will appear in a dropdown list when you click on the ‘room type’ box, including ‘Accessible’
4. Choose your booking rate, then click on ‘Choose room type’
5. We’ll then show you the relevant Accessible room types available at your chosen hotel on your stay dates

Absolutely, you can book for another person in accordance with our terms and conditions at premierinn.com. It is important to understand however that it is you, the booker, who is responsible for ensuring that each person who stays at the hotel under your booking complies with our terms and conditions. This means that even if you make a booking for someone else’s benefit and you don’t stay yourself, you must ensure your guest complies with the terms of your booking, such as by checking out on time. Additionally, it is you, the booker – not your guest - who is liable in the rare event any damage may be caused during the stay. When booking a hotel for another person you will simply need to provide their full name at the time of booking and secure payment with your card details in advance.

Additionally, in accordance with the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972,  we are obliged to collect the full name and nationality details of all guests and for non-British Nationals and we are also required to collate passport details and details on the guests next destination.  We therefore strongly encourage you to check with your guest or guests ahead of their stay that they are able to provide these details in order to prevent confusion at check-in or disappointment if they are unable to stay due to being unable to provide the necessary information.
