Proven Dough 

In hotels with a Proven Dough deli (London Covent Garden, Brick Lane, Tower Bridge and Edinburgh Royal Mile), breakfast is served from 6.30am Monday to Friday, and from 7am on weekends and bank holidays. Enjoy The hub brekkie and create your own breakfast combo:

• Choose from a bacon sandwich, cheese toastie, porridge, natural yoghurt, sourdough toast or cinnamon bagel

• Add a coffee, Brew Tea Co., fruit juice or water

• Finish up with a fruit pot 

Lounge

In hotels with a Lounge (London Westminster St James's Park, Goodge Street, Kings Cross, Westminster Abbey and Edinburgh Rose Street), breakfast is served from 6.30am Monday to Friday, and from 7am on weekends and bank holidays. 

Start your day with breakfast including fresh toast, pastries, fruit, yoghurt or porridge. Unlimited coffee, Twinings tea and orange juice are also included. 

Proven Dough

In hotels with a Proven Dough deli, our full menu is served from 11am to 10pm. 

It features delicious grilled sandwiches including dry cured bacon and tomato chutney; salt beef and emmental; and West Country cheddar, all on freshly baked bread. There’s also a choice of hearty one-pots, filling soups and lighter salads. For something sweet, we have plenty of pastries, muffins and cakes.

And to drink, there’s coffee and Twinings tea (free) plus a selection of wines, bottled beers and spirits and mixers in cans. 

Lounge

In hotels with a Lounge, food is available throughout the day. Help yourself to muffins, pastries and tea and coffee. From 5pm, enjoy a choice of light savoury bites. You can also buy a range of alcohol and soft drinks.
