What’s the difference between your Business Flex, Flex, Semi-Flex, Advance, Standard and Non-Flex rates?

Business Flex – Pay now or on arrival, fully refundable with free cancellation up to 1pm on the day of arrival. Our most flexible rate – you can cancel and get a full refund up to 1pm on the day of arrival. You can also amend your booking at the same hotel up to 1pm on the day of arrival (additional room rate charges may apply depending on your new stay date). Business Flex also gives business guests exclusive discounts compared to our standard Flex rate. Business Flex is only available to business guests who book through our free online booking tool, Business Booker.

Flex
– Pay now or on arrival, fully refundable with free cancellation up to 1pm on the day of arrival. Our most flexible rate – you can cancel and get a full refund up to 1pm on the day of arrival. You can also amend your booking at the same hotel up to 1pm on the day of arrival (additional room rate charges may apply depending on your new stay date).

Semi-Flex –
Pay now, fully refundable with free cancellation up to three full days before arrival. Fairly flexible rate – you can cancel and get a full refund up to three full days before arrival. No refunds after that date. You can also amend your booking date at the same hotel up to 1pm on the day of arrival (additional room rate charges may apply depending on your new stay date).

Advance –
Pay now, fully refundable with free cancellation up to 28 full days before arrival, free to amend thereafter until the day of arrival. Fairly flexible rate – you can cancel and get a full refund up to 28 full days before arrival. No refunds after that date. You can also amend your booking date at the same hotel up to 1pm on the day of arrival (additional room rate charges may apply depending on your new stay date).

Standard –
Pay now, non-refundable. Free to amend booking at the same hotel up to 1pm on the day of arrival. Slightly flexible rate – you won’t be able to cancel and get a full refund, but you can amend your booking at the same hotel up to 1pm on the day of arrival (additional room rate charges may apply depending on your new stay date).

Non-Flex –
Pay now. No amends or refunds. Our least flexible rate – you won’t be able to cancel or amend your stay after booking.

When are these rates available?

We always offer Business Flex and Flex rates if rooms are available at one of our hotels. Other rates are subject to availability, but we make sure that the options we offer when you book are right for you.

Are prices shown per person or per room?

Our rates are per room, per night. They include VAT. Meals are not included in the room price. When you book, we'll give you a total price for the rooms and number of nights you've requested.

Can I pay when I arrive at the hotel?

You can pay on arrival if you book with our Business Flex or Flex rates. With all our other rates, you’ll need to pay when you book.

Do you hold any rooms back for telephone bookings?

No, we don’t hold any rooms back for telephone bookings. You’ll find all our available rooms here at premierinn.com or on our mobile app. And remember, you’ll always find our lowest prices online too.

Government restrictions make it illegal to stay at the hotel I’ve booked. Can I get my money back?

Our rate restrictions apply irrespective of the impacts of COVID-19. However, in the event the government introduces stricter lockdown measures which makes it illegal to stay at the hotel you’ve booked, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
