FAQs | Arriving and departing
Things to know before arrival
With our additional Premier Inn CleanProtect hygiene measures in place, it may take a little longer than usual to get your room ready for you – just know that we’re working as fast as we can. Thank you for being patient with us if we’re running a little late.
What time is check-in?
Our standard check-in time is 3pm. For an additional fee*, you can start your stay sooner with early check-in from 11am. Add early check-in to your stay while making your booking, or afterwards by managing your stay in your Premier Inn account. Early check-in is subject to availability and not available at all Premier Inn hotels.
*Prices and times will vary depending on date and location.
Is there a latest check-in time?
Reception is open 24/7. However, if you’re due to arrive after 11pm, please let our team know ahead of time, as the doors may be locked for security reasons.
What time is checkout?
Checkout is by 12 noon on your departure date. If luggage storage is available, our teams will be happy to store any bags for you if you’d like to check out before 12pm – this helps us get a head start on cleaning! Alternatively, give yourself more time on departure day with a late checkout. For an additional fee*, you can keep your room until 2pm. Add late checkout to your booking online, or by speaking to our reception team. Late checkout is subject to availability and not available at all Premier Inn hotels.
*Prices and times will vary depending on date and location.
Extending your stay?
If you’d like to extend your stay with us, please contact our friendly team on reception before midday and they’ll let you know if the hotel has availability.
Can I check in online?
Unfortunately, online check-in is not available.
I want to check for left property
If you think you might have left an item in your hotel room after check-out, please get in touch with our reception team directly. You’ll find the hotel phone number on your booking confirmation email, or on our hotel directory page.
