Independents to large enterprises, and everything in-between. In short, any company can sign up free of charge and enjoy guaranteed discounts and booking flexibility.

Is it really free to sign up?
When we say free, we really mean it. With zero subscription or user fees, from day one you’ll have access to the full range of Business Booker benefits.

When do I pay for my stay?
Unlike other brands, with Business Booker you don't need to pay until your arrival day. Or you can pay when you book – it’s up to you.

How do I sign up?
Whether you’re on the road or at your desk, it’s easy to sign up in three simple steps that take less than two minutes.
Here’s how it works:
1.Enter your details
2.Create a password
3.Add your company address
Once complete, we’ll verify your company credentials via Companies House. If we can’t verify your details because you’re a small company or sole trader, no problem. We’ll just need a few extra details. For example, your company website or social media pages.

What discount do I get?
For every booking you make through Business Flex, we offer a guaranteed 5% and up to15% discount off our Flex rate.
Bookings made at a longer-lead time will give you access to the higher discount – depending on availability. The closer you book to your stay date, the lower the discount will be. However, you’ll always receive a guaranteed 5% discount, and peace of mind with flexibility to cancel up to 1pm on your arrival day. -
Can I access other rates on Business Booker?
If you want the flexibility to cancel, choose Business Flex – offering you up to 15% off our most flexible rate and cancellation up to 1pm on arrival day.
If your plans are set in stone and you know you don’t need booking flexibility, simply select our lowest rate on Business Booker.
To match every work trip just right, you’ll always enjoy a choice of rates to pick from, and the option to pay when you arrive.

How do I control my budget?
Want the ability to cap and track spend? It’s easy to track your company’s hotel expenditure with easy reporting, and set limits on employee allowances
like food and drink, Ultimate Wi-Fi, and car parking. Plus, for faster bookings, you can save employee details and payment methods. -

Need help? Not a problem. Our Business Sales team are available to help via live chat. We don’t hire chat bots – so you’ll only ever speak to a human.
