Premier Inn reserves the right to treat all or any individual or series of bookings amounting to 5 or more rooms, that are made online, by the same party/lead guest, covering the same nights of stay at a Premier Inn hotel, as one group booking and Groups Booking Terms shall apply to such group booking.

The prices shown online are for bookings of up to 4 rooms. Room rates may be different for group bookings (10 rooms or more) depending on the number of rooms booked. Our group desk advisors are unable to book Semi-Flex, Standard or Advance rates or rooms at hub by Premier Inn, as these are only available online.

All bookings are subject to our group booking terms and conditions
All group bookings need to be held on a valid credit, debit or Business Account card. Payment for the booking will need to come from one card/person, not from multiple sources paying individually.
You and the members of your group must not resell or transfer your reservation (or any part of it) nor advertise, market or otherwise offer any Premier Inn room for sale either on its own or as part of a combined offer. Premier Inn will not honour any reservations made in this way and does not accept any liability for doing so.
How to cancel or amend a group booking
If you’ve already made a group booking of 10 rooms or more and you’d like to amend or cancel it, please email group.enquiries@whitbread.com.
To cancel a booking of 9 rooms or less, please click here and follow the simple steps. To amend a booking of 5-9 rooms, call our Central Reservations team on 0333 003 8101. Lines are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Calls are charged at the national rate.
