What is speedy check-in?

We've installed clever, easy to use kiosks to speed up the check-in process across many of our Premier Inn hotels. Simply follow the on-screen instructions, get your keycard and start enjoying your stay.

What information will I need to check-in?

Our kiosks will need the name of the guest your booking was made for, and either the post code from your booking or your booking number. All of this information will be in your booking confirmation email, so make sure you have it to hand for the quickest, smoothest experience.

Alternatively, the same credit or debit card you used to book your stay with can be used to retrieve your booking even faster using our kiosks.

Our international guests will also need to enter their passport number at check-in, so please bring your passport with you or have your passport number to hand.

Can I check in early?

For just £10* extra, you can enjoy early check-in from 11am (subject to availability). To request early check-in, please speak to a team member on arrival at the hotel.
*£10 for UK and Channel Islands only, Republic of Ireland charged at €10.

What if I need to amend my reservation on arrival?
