"Brilliant Staff!"
I travel a lot for business and I’ve found the standard of hotels to have nosedived over the last 5 years but the staff at this premier inn were nothing short of exceptional! Mega polite and extremely pleasant throughout our whole stay. So strange these days to receive such great customer service!!

"Average with leaky toilet"
Convenient hotel for Stourbridge center. Easy check in. Easy walk to center. Unfortunately my toilet leaked. Don't know if it was clean or dirty water. Room 314. I had to check then go to my intended function immediately so had no time to complain. You'd think they would notice a leaking toilet. See photo.

Stayed at this hotel for my anniversary and had an amazing experience thanks to the effort put into our anniversary setup. The room was beautifully prepared and had such a warm, thoughtful atmosphere from the moment we walked in. You can tell real care went into the details, which made it feel really special for us.
A special thank you to Ellie for putting in the extra effort and making sure we had a great stay.
