    "Disappointing"
    I stay at a lot of Premier Inns for work . This one is hidden behind a closed & boarded up TGI Fridays so not the best first impression on arrival . I’ve stayed here twice recently , on my first visit , the room was ok ( aside from the curtains hanging off the rail in the bedroom ) . However my room this time around was not clean . There were nail clippings & food all around the bed on the floor ( pretty disgusting) . It obviously hadn’t been hoovered before my stay . When I did go downstairs to let reception know there were 4 people waiting to check in so I didn’t wait . This is something I’ve noticed time and again @ Premier Inns , there are never enough staff to help when required ( but they are generally very nice when available) . I will stay at Premier Inns again as I know they can be better than this . However, I will do my very best not to have to stay at the Watford north one again if I can help it .     "A wonderful stay at Premier Inn Watford Garston"
    I had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn Garston in Watford. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, from the moment I arrived the staff were friendly and professional. My room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and all the essentials I needed for a relaxing staying. The location was ideal and breakfast was excellent 😊
    "Fantastic stay, lovely staff and made my son’s birthday extra special!"
    Wow! What a great stay at premier inn Watford north we mentioned in passing when we checked in that it was our son’s birthday! The lady asked my son as it was his birthday what time he would like breakfast the next day, completely unexpected we came down for breakfast and the table was decorated for his birthday the lovely staff came over to wish him a happy birthday too, and later came over with a birthday brownie and a little teddy bear as an extra treat. All of this was completely unexpected and really made my sons day thanks so much premier inn! Would highly recommend staying here family rooms great value for money we stayed here after the Warner bros studio tour which was only a 5 minute drive away
    "Good for accessible access."
    We had a good sized accessible room. It had an emergency cord in the bathroom and emergency button in the bedroom. Although it had lots of handles to help get in and out of the bath or on or off the toilet, the bath was narrow meaning it was hard to turn around and the shower curtain sticks to you, causing a sensory overload. The bed is lower for wheelchair users and the plug sockets are at a good height for wheelchair access. Dining room was ok, but carpet was dirty and not hoovered. Tables were sticky, even though we saw staff cleaning them (was it a clean cloth?). Overall, it’s a good hotel, which is close to the Harry Potter Studios.

    Excellent lady at reception very helpful and did everything she could to make the stay more suitable by going out of her way and beyond.
