Warrington (M6/J21) hotel

We found all the staff here wonderful and had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was busy as expected at the weekend and the staff members worked very hard and with a good attitude despite this. Well done to this premier inn team. Much appreciated.

I recently spent 5 nights here whilst on a training course nearby. Check in was slow but that was due to lack of staff and there was quite a queue when I arrived. Room was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom with bath and shower. There is not much around the hotel so a car or taxi are necessary if you want to eat further afield. The onsite restaurant was hit and miss for food but in the main was ok. The staff make this hotel and work very hard to keep it running smoothly under pressure. I would probably not stay again but that’s due to the location rather than issues with the hotel itself.

We are decided to go this hotel after driving long distance because of this hotel is very close to motet away however there no good facilities for eat and drink, if you looking for only bed then ok

Once again a lovely experience at the premier Inn. Excellent friendly staff. Clean spacious room. Enjoyed the food. The staff work really hard and seem to circulate from reception to waiting tables, to bar work to clearing tables.

I found the room and service ok. However one very big warning. Two weeks after my visit I received a parking fine from Horizon Parking claiming I had "... breached the terms and conditions of parking at Premier Inn". I had parked right outside in the hotel car park and gave my vehicle reg at reception - I could see no way I had breached any "terms and conditions". I rang the hotel asking them them to get Horizon Parking to cancel the fine. They told me there was nothing they could do and it was for me to appeal directly. Unbelievable! Not the kind of hassle one expects after a two night stay. (fine was £25 increaseing to £100 after 14 days - appeal is in progress)
