    Premier Inn Business is a free hotel booking and management account that helps companies manage and save on business travel. It offers exclusive business rates, spend tracking, centralised booking, and flexible payment options - all in one place.

  • Who can use Premier Inn Business?

    From independents to large enterprises - and everything in between - anyone can sign up.Whether you book frequently or occasionally, there’s no minimum spend required when you use our hotel booking portal.

  • Is it really free to sign up?

    When we say free, we mean it. No subscription. No user fees. Just full access to all the benefits from day one.

  • How do I sign up?

    Whether you’re on the road or at your desk, it’s easy to sign up in three simple steps that take less than two minutes.

    Here’s how it works:

    1. Enter your details
    2. Create a password
    3. Add your company address

    Once complete, we’ll verify your company credentials via Companies House. If we can’t verify your details because you’re a small company or sole trader, no problem. We’ll just need a few extra details. For example, your company website or social media pages.

  • How do I book a stay with Premier Inn Business?

    Once signed up, you can log in to your business account to search, book, manage and track stays across the UK. You’ll automatically access your business rate when logged in.

  • When do I pay for my stay?

    With Premier Inn Business, you don’t need to pay until your arrival day. Or you can pay when you book - it’s up to you. You can also upgrade to Premier Inn Business Pay to access interest-free credit (subject to approval) and pay later by invoice.

  • What discount do I get?

    For every booking you make through Business Flex, you’ll get up to 15%* off every stay.

    Bookings made at a longer-lead time will give you access to the higher discount - depending on availability. The closer you book to your stay date, the lower the discount will be. However, you’ll always receive a guaranteed 5% discount, and peace of mind with flexibility to cancel up to 1pm on your arrival day.

  • Can I add other employees to my Premier Inn Business account?

    Yes - you can add multiple bookers or travellers, assign user permissions, and manage who can book and view spend.

    To match every work trip just right, you’ll always enjoy a choice of rates to pick from, and the option to pay when you arrive.

  • Can I track spend across my company?

    Yes - the tool gives you access to booking history and reporting tools that help you monitor travel spend in one place. Want the ability to cap and track spend? It’s easy to track your company’s hotel expenditure with easy reporting, and set limits on employee allowances like food and drink, Ultimate Wi-Fi, and car parking. Plus, for faster bookings, you can save employee details and payment methods.

  • How do I get VAT invoices?

    If you also sign up for Premier Inn Business Pay, you can download VAT invoices from your booking history once a stay is complete.
